QPS Engineering Solutions core focus is to provide general engineering, fabrication and boiler making as well as structural manufacturing services to the local industry. QPS Engineering Solutions specialises in:
- Manufacturing structures, roofing, platforms, walkways, stairways and cat ladders. Mild steel and stainless steel.
- Different types of conveyors: screw conveyors. Internal pipe screw conveyors and both flat and inclined belt conveyors. Mild steel and stainless steel.
- Manufacturing of tanks and pressure vessels, pressure testing, double jacketed tanks and cones, impellers, blowers, moulds as well as truck and crane panels.
- Specialised welding: aluminium, cast iron, copper tech, brass, brazing, SAF2205, 904L, 316L, 304L, 3CR12, mild steel, Tig welding and CO2 welding.
- Riveting and balancing on request, repairs to containers, flat racks (both 20 and 40 foot) as well as renewal of container doors.

- Rolling of plate, angle iron, flat bars, flanges, rings, cylinders and cones.
- Manufacturing of motor driven tanks and pumps, stirrers and mixers, pneumatic pumps and cylinders for the food industry.
- Manufacturing of mild steel, galvanised and stainless steel mandrels according to customer specifications, repairs and modifications as well as refurbishing.
- Manufacturing of bucket conveyors and bucket elevators as well as flat and inclined belt conveyors for the food industry.
- Manufacturing of impellers, blowers, propellers and casings both stainless steel (316L,SAF2205, 904L, 3CR12) and mildsteel.
- Complete turn-key projects (3CR12 and stainless steel)
- Manufacturing of sleeved pipe screws for sulphur driven tanks and pumps as well as manufacturing of sleeved rollers. (Eg. 904L and SAF2205).
